sleep 4.5h in the night sleep 1.5h during the day
Experience
- tried this in 2022, but only lasted for one day I think ;D
- now tried it again
- started on the 2025-01-19
- getting up after 4.5h works surprisingly well in the beginning
- and also after the 1.5h woke up 2min before alarm
- energy was really good the first two days
- but on day 3 towards the evening I was dead
- did not go to sport, because of no energy
- decided to sleep for 6h, but could not get up, so slept for another 1.5h
- feel a little besides myself today.
- Definitely not for the long run (but maybe you just have to get used to it)
- really feels amazing to get up this early
- and also sleeping after lunch is great
Conclusion
do this from time to time but then recover again.
Need to do more experimenting to find the right balance
Because switching from one to the other is at least not hard
